ABOUT ME

Dr. Mutasim Billah graduated from Dhaka Medical College in 1988. After completing his internship from DMCH , Dr. Mutasim Billah was selected by the Ministry of education, Bangladesh for the fellowship training in cardiology department of Dhaka Medical Collage Hospital where the only first eight bedded CCU was established (1990-91) among the all Medical Collage Hospitals all over the country of Bangladesh . After completion of fellowship he left the country for for study in the Capital of Europe (Brussels) for higher medical training. In Brussels, Dr. Mutasim Billah worked in the University Academic Hospital from 1992 to 1996 under internationally reputed interventional cardiologist Professor P.Block & P.Dendal and published scientific papers in journals form Europe & America. He obtained Diploma in Cardiology from the West Minister University of London. Before he was working Tertiary Care King’s Hospital in Saudi Arabia, Academic Hospital BRUSSELS Belgium, and Dhaka Medical Collage Hospital covering both ICU and CCU. He was Ex Director and In charge of ICU & CCU dept. in Ashiyan Medical College Hospital, Central Hospital in green road. ডাঃ মুতাসিম বিল্লাহ 1988 সালে ঢাকা মেডিকেল কলেজ থেকে স্নাতক ডিগ্রী লাভ করেন । ডিএমসিএইচ থেকে ইন্টার্নশিপ শেষ করার পর, ডাঃ মুতাসিম বিল্লাহকে ঢাকা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালের কার্ডিওলজি বিভাগে ফেলোশিপ প্রশিক্ষণের জন্য শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়, বাংলাদেশ কর্তৃক নির্বাচিত করা হয় , যেখানে প্রথম আট শয্যা বিশিষ্ট  সি.সি.ইউ প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল (1990-91) সারা বাংলাদেশের সমস্ত মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালের মধ্যে। ফেলোশিপ শেষ করে তিনি উচ্চতর চিকিৎসা প্রশিক্ষণের জন্য ইউরোপের রাজধানী (ব্রাসেলস) অধ্যয়নের জন্য দেশ ত্যাগ করেন।

ব্রাসেলসে, ডাঃ মুতাসিম বিল্লাহ 1992 থেকে 1996 সাল পর্যন্ত ইউনিভার্সিটি একাডেমিক হাসপাতালে আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে স্বনামধন্য ইন্টারভেনশনাল কার্ডিওলজিস্ট প্রফেসর পি.ব্লক ও পি.ডেন্ডালের অধীনে কাজ করেছেন এবং ইউরোপ ও আমেরিকার জার্নালে বৈজ্ঞানিক গবেষণাপত্র প্রকাশ করেছেন। তিনি লন্ডনের ওয়েস্ট মিনিস্টার বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে কার্ডিওলজিতে ডিপ্লোমা অর্জন করেন। তিনি সৌদি আরবের টারশিয়ারি কেয়ার কিংস হাসপাতাল, একাডেমিক হাসপাতাল ব্রাসেলস বেলজিয়াম এবং ঢাকা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে আই.সি.ইউ এবং সি.সি.ইউ উভয়ই কভার করে কাজ করেন। তিনি আই.সি.ইউ এবং সি.সি.ইউ বিভাগের প্রাক্তন পরিচালক এবং ভারপ্রাপ্ত ছিলেন। আশিয়ান মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতাল, গ্রিন রোডে সেন্ট্রাল হাসপাতাল এবং গুলশানের শাহাবুদ্দিন মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতাল।
